You've worked hard all day, and we think you deserve a Charcoal Grilled Wagyu Rib-eye Steak, a glass of dry red and a breathtaking view of Bangkok's crimson sunset.
Atlantic Lemon Sole with Beurre d'Échiré
May we suggest Red Sky? From now until the end of April Chef Mikko Kataja presents fine dining specials for every day of the week. Selected ingredients from all over the world are used in the dishes, including Kurobuta Pork, Bouchot Mussels, and Charolais Beef. We highly recommend Thursday's menu of Pan-Roasted Skirt Steak, served with truffle infused mashed potatoes and spinach. For a lighter dish, try Friday's Whole Fresh Atlantic Lemon Sole with Beurre d'Échiré and Flat Parsley; the fish is both tender and crisp, with a coating of flavorful herbs.
Red Sky's rooftop atmosphere places diners right in the middle of stars and city lights, with a clear view across the Bangkok skyline. With your main course selected, just sit back and enjoy. Don't fret. Don't have anywhere to be. Then, as the sun disappears, enjoy another drink or two. Oh, and did we mention deserts change nightly as well? All the more reason to come again tomorrow.
