This March, Chef Shigeru Hagiwara at Yamazato presents special dishes using ingredients shipped from the Kansai region of Japan. Kensai includes some of Japan’s most notable culinary regions such as Kobe, Kyoto and Osaka. Diners can indulge in Ise Lobsters, Matsuba Crab, Mie Abalone, and a special menu of Oumi Beef.
Spcial menu items include grilled Mie Ise Lobster with Tomato Salas Sauce; Tempura Matsuba Crab; Mie Abalone Steak with Seaweed Sauce; and Oumi beef tenderloin and sirloin served with vegetables. Promotion runs from rom March 4th – 29th, reservations are recommended.
