We have two words for you: Dessert Station

 

Got your interest? Le Méridien Bangkok is now offering a spectacular Sunday Brunch at Latest Recipe, with an interactive dessert station. Not to be missed during your visit are the new Gelato Entrées, which feature homemade Italian ice cream presented as mock spaghetti. The creations include a Squid Ink and Fresh Ripe Tomato dish made of chocolate ice cream and strawberry sauce, Saffroni and Tagliolini with Bread Crumbs made from passion fruit gelato with dried coconut and sultanas and the extremely convincing Sunny-side-up-egg with fresh cracked pepper made of vanilla ice cream and peach.

Pesto? Cabonara? Egg custard? Take your pick. It tastes just as good as it looks.

 

For something savoury, Latest Recipe features cold cuts, salads, fresh sashimi and seafood. Main course stations offer a wide selection of international dishes and special dishes that change monthly according to specific world locations. This can include anything from spiced Irish oatmeal to warm lamb straight from the tajine.   

Brunch is priced at THB 1,200++ per adult. Prices are excluding tax and service charges.  From now until 31 August 2012, dine with two or more friends and you will receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco per person.
