Thailand Festival 2011 @ Rama 9 Park

Music lovers, don't miss the The Thailand Festival 2011 (June 3rd – 5th) at Suan Luang Rama IX Park.  A live concert in the heart of a lush botanical park, this will be the first time that Bangkok's famous Rachamongkol Pavilion will be used as a concert hall.

The lineup includes Thailand's own Nantida Kaebusai and the Popopera Voice Band, VIVA.  The festival will also feature top international talents like Garth Taylor (Zimbabwe), Lisa Lavie (Canada), Frans Bloem (The Netherlands), Maske Electric String Trio (Australia), Freshlyground (South Aftrica), and Hibiki (Japan.)

Tickets are THB 5,000++ for the gala event on June 3 2011 (inclusive of wine and heavy cocktails), and THB 2,500++ for the performances on June 4th – 5th 2011. 5. First performance begins at 5 pm and last performance begins at 9 pm. Shuttle services are available for ticket buyers from On-Nuch BTS station to the venue.
