One of the only true places to experience molecular gastronomy in Bangkok, Gaggan is head by Gaggan Anand who trained at the famed El Bulli in Spain. Dining here is an event, and they generally have a tasting menu of about 8-10 courses starting around THB 1,600++ per person. The menu changes daily according to fresh produce. Those “in the know” will tell you the best seat in the house at Gaggan is the chef’s table, a highly coveted spot that will need weeks in advance to book--well worth the wait.
Take exit 4 as you get off at Chitlom station. Turn right down Thanon Lang Suan and walk about 5 minutes. Gaggan is on the left between Cape House Bangkok serviced apartments and Fraser Suites.
