Zuma

Famous in London and Miami, Zuma brings to Bangkok a new style of Japanese dining. Situated in the ground floor of The St. Regis Bangkok, designer Noriyoshi Muramatsu of Tokyo’s Studio Glitt conceptualized the 7,500 square feet venue, creating an expansive open-kitchen dining room, and air-conditioned outdoor terrace. From hand-selected stones to ancient tree trunks used as tables, his style fuses natural elements with a modern twist.

Hailed as a modern day izakaya, Zuma describes their food as “authentic but non-traditional.” Hot dishes are created on the Robata Grill, a traditional Japanese charcoal grill that was originally used by northern fishermen in costal villages, while fresh Sushi is prepared in the bar area of the open kitchen.

Zuma is open for lunch and dinner. Lunch runs with an exquisite tasting menu that is meant to be shared by two.
